Perfect Portions

I cook for two which is just about as hard as it was to cook for one when I was single. So using large pans to make extra large dishes means leftovers for days if not a week plus. Since my husband and I both lose interest in a leftover after 24 hours, those giant tupperware containers merely hog up space in my fridge.That is why I found these Circulon pans to be so refreshing.
